At Biashara Ndogo Association of Kenya (BNAK), we offer Advocacy & Legal Support services to protect the rights of small business owners and give them a voice in public policy. We represent member interests in dialogues with government agencies, advocating for fair laws, simplified regulations, and business-friendly reforms that promote inclusive economic growth.

We also provide direct legal support, including compliance assistance, contract reviews, dispute resolution, and legal awareness training. Our aim is to ensure that all members—regardless of size or location—can operate lawfully, avoid legal risks, and access the justice and protection they deserve.
